What's included in the tour price? +
All tours include accommodation (shared tent by default), all meals from dinner on night one through to lunch on the final day, fully qualified guide, park entry fees, and group camping equipment. Flights, personal travel insurance, and alcoholic beverages are not included.
Can I book for a group? +
Absolutely. Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount automatically. For groups of 20+, or for private charters, contact us directly for a custom quote — we can tailor the itinerary, catering, and logistics around your group.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Full refund for cancellations 30+ days before departure. 50% refund for cancellations 15–29 days out. No refund within 14 days, but we'll gladly move your booking to a future date (subject to availability) at no extra charge.
Is my payment information secure? +
Yes. All payments are processed over 256-bit SSL encryption. Card details are never stored on our servers — payments are handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors. You can also pay via PayPal for an extra layer of buyer protection.
What happens if a tour is cancelled by NOMAD? +
In the rare event we need to cancel (extreme weather, minimum numbers not met, or force majeure), you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days, plus priority access to re-book on an alternative date at the same rate.
